3-4 peppers in assorted colours 1 clove of garlic 10 marinated black olives 1 tbsp capers 1 dsp oregano 2 tbsp dried breadcrumbs 2 dsp olive oil 1 mug water 200 gr risotto rice 2 eggs 1small mozzarella 100 gr ham (optional)
If you want an unusual main course after you have prepared the peppers gratin following the recipe of Pepper gratin1, place one layer of peppers in a round oven proof dish (diam. 20 cm), cover with 200 gr of boiled rice to which you have added 2 beaten eggs, one diced mozzarella,100 gr ham (optional) and seasoning. Cover with another layer of peppers and finally with a mix of parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Put in a very hot oven for 10 min.
