Ingredients 500 gr diced turkey (only thighs or a mixture of thighs and breast) 1 medium sized potato per person. 4 tbsp olive oil salt and coarse ground black pepper dried oregano (optional)
Cut the turkey and the potatoes into approximately 3 cm pieces. Place in an oven proof dish, sprinkle with the oil and season well with salt, black pepper and oregano if you like it. Toss well and place in the centre of a preheated oven at the maximum temperature for 20 minutes or until cooked and a little crispy. Stir once during cooking time.
